About Us

Who We Are

Santhivardhana Ministries is a registered non-profit social service organization dedicated to improving the lives of children with physical and intellectual disabilities and other vulnerable sections of society. Established in 2005 and registered under the Societies Registration Act, 2001 (Reg. No. 129/2005), the organization works with a strong commitment to dignity, inclusion, and equal opportunity.

We operate two Special Residential Schools at Pulimeru and Bendapudi villages in the present Kakinada District (formerly East Godavari District), Andhra Pradesh, serving more than 200 children from marginalized and below-poverty-line families. Our institutions provide free residential care, nutritious food, special education, healthcare, physiotherapy, speech therapy, and psychosocial support.

Guided by a child-rights-based and inclusive approach, Santhivardhana Ministries extends its reach beyond institutional care through home-based rehabilitation services for children who are unable to attend school due to severe disabilities. In addition, we implement women empowerment programs and adult education initiatives for tribal and rural communities, promoting self-reliance and inclusive development.

With the support of dedicated staff, families, volunteers, and well-wishers, Santhivardhana Ministries continues to work towards building a society where no child is left behind and every individual is empowered to live with dignity and hope.
