Capacity Building for Staff

Santhivardhana believes that strong institutions are built by skilled, confident, and committed teams. To strengthen its internal systems and service delivery, Santhivardhana organized a Capacity Building Program for Key Staff Members, with the support of Dasra under the Rebuild India Fund.

This initiative focused on enhancing knowledge, skills, teamwork, and well-being of staff working directly with children with disabilities and their families.

The support from Dasra – Rebuild India Fund was effectively utilized to:

1. Strengthen Core Knowledge on Disability & Inclusion

2. Improve Communication & Parent Engagement Skills

3. Strengthen Documentation & Donor Compliance

4. Promote Teamwork & Leadership in Social Work

• Improved staff knowledge and clarity on disability, inclusion, and rehabilitation

• Enhanced quality of parent counselling and engagement

• Stronger documentation systems and compliance practices

• Better team coordination and leadership skills

• Increased staff confidence, motivation, and emotional well-being

• Improved overall quality of services delivered to children and families
