- To improve quality of life of disabled through support for better mobility, education, livelihood/employment and promote their social inclusion
- To capacitate the youth and women through promotion of skill trainings for the upliftment of their livelihood options
- To observe all international, national, and local days for the benefit and well-being of the marginalized people of the community
- To promote primary education and non-formal education (Adult literacy)
- To implement disaster preparedness trainings and coping mechanism during natural calamities and manmade disasters (cyclone, flood, fire accident, landslide etc.,)
- To prevention of Leprosy, TB, HIV/AIDS, and STI/STDs through creating sensitization and conducting medical camps with the coordination of health department
- To promote Environmental protection and WATSAN (Health and sanitation)
- To provide activities for the empowerment of tribal development
- To establish and provide counselling and psycho-social support to mentally and physically challenged persons, people and children living with HIV/AIDS, infected and affected with leprosy persons and trafficked victims
- To starts an orphanage for providing shelter to orphans, old age persons, trafficked girls & women, destitute women, HIV/AIDS patients, leprosy patients and other vulnerable people
- To establish a vocational training center for the livelihood and value addition trainings to youth and women
- To fight against for the rights of SC, ST, and BC, especially tribal and fishermen community
- To networking and linkages for convergence with Government line departments
- To sustain local governance for the enhancement of equal participation of gender in social, economic, and emotional aspects of the community
